Keeping a Dairy of your Fibromyalgia

November 20th, 2006 · Comments · Fibromyalgia, Symptoms, UAE

After going to so many different doctors, and each telling me after a couple of visits that they had no clue what my problem was, I decided that I just could not just tell them my problems. Instead I had to make a list of the different pains and problems that I was having, and I had to figure out on my own what made these problems worst. So I first started a dairy and then I just made a list in Word (don’t tell my husband because he would say that I should be using Pages :-) , and I would update that list each time something changed or when I figured out something about the pain or problem. This in the end, helped me and my doctor find my answer. I also now have an idea what to watch out for, so that I will hopefully not have a flare ups.

I have found this great Symptom Journal that my help you in your long journey to find the answers you about your help. This journal you can print and keep in a notebook if that is easier, or you could use this one as a temp to make your on spread sheet, or notebook online.
