When I started to Google for Fibromyalgia, I did not come up with much, but I will give you what information I have found.
There seems to be a lot of different sites that will give you some information, but to get more information, you have to pay. Now I do not believe that we should pay for information, but I will give you some sites that do ask for money. I just figure that you can take whatever information you can get from them that is free and if you decide that you would like to pay then that is up to you.
This first site is free, National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, they have a section on Fibromyalgia Information and any studies or research that they are doing.
