Hello Cindacrawford, thank you for your wonderful comment! I agree with you that the bed can be our friend but not for long. I am very lucky that I have a job that I enjoy, and that helps gets me out of bed each day. That said I do believe some of us have a hard time listening to our bodies, and taking it slow, when we need to. I am really bad for that :)t I checked out your site, and have added it to my Google Read. Again, thanks and I hope you visit again soon :)

Take care,
Crystal

The bed can be your friend on days when the world is too dangerous and too hard-d-d. But after a brief reprieve, it's time to rejoin life and begin plugging away once again. I encourage you to do that. The ultimate rewards will be yours. (And, yes, you may have to fight for those good times, but the accomplishment of taking one step forward is truly thrilling. In my downtime, I sometimes take my more lucid and creative moments to plan my activities when I get up. That makes my up-time that much more productive, if I can stay organized. Organization is still one of my most challenging tasks. Without it I spin in place & get nothing done, having wasted my good minutes and hours. I hope my words encourage and help a bit. I'm routing for you :-))
